Gokarna
Visiting sacred sites imbued with a deep sense of faith and devotion, strengthen our connection to the divine.
It is something both of our cherish and treasure, so while we were stationed in South Goa in the beginning of our India journey, we went on a day trip to Gokarna; a holy Hindu pilgrimage town & popular beach destination in Karnataka.
The Gogarbha Shiva cave, the 4th century Shri Mahabaleshwara Temple & the beach were beautiful wanders, bringing pauses of preciousness and connection, to nature, to the peoples, to Life.
Wherever you are, may you find time and space to enter places of reverence, whether in your own nature, in Mother Nature or dedicated places of worship.
To be human is a precious gift on Earth, may we all care for this Life, and our unique and divine place in it.
