Skybridge – Langkawi – Malaysia

“I wanna fly high so high
Like an eagle in the sky
And when my time has come
I'll let it all go with a sigh

Pachamama, I'm coming home
To the place where I belong
Pachamama, I'm coming home
To the place where I belong

I wanna be free, be me
Be the only being that I see
Not to rise and not to fall
Be at one with love and all”
- Pachamama, Medicine Song

Visiting the Langkawi Sky Bridge was an exalting, exuberant breakfast affair and excursion of delight we went on - The Sky Brdige is a 125-metre curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge in Malaysia, completed in 2005. The bridge deck is 660 metres above sea level at the peak of Gunung Mat Cincang on Pulau Langkawi, the main island of the Langkawi archipelago in Kedah.

This morning skip uplifted and magnified our joy, with the powers, beauty and magic of the elements and Mother Gaia so present - and definitely piqued our interest on how the high flying ones receive the roaring sounds of the winds. The wide expansive views of the islands were so deeply wondrous, and humbling.

Thank you Mama, for your beauty.
May Mother Gaia’s infinite beauty and intelligence continue to inspire and awaken in each and all of us.
May healing joy be restored in all bodies, all of Nature.
May we leave this planet more nourished and nurtured than we found it.
May we continue to dare and dream up a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
